PS MOTION LAB
A Personalized Movement Experience Powered by Smart Technology and Physiotherapy Care
PS Motion Lab combines Smart Resistance Technology, Real-Time Movement Data, and physiotherapy care to create a personalized experience for assessment, rehabilitation, and exercise — shaped around your body, abilities, and goals.
WHAT IS PS MOTION LAB?
Where Technology Meets Physiotherapy.
PS Motion Lab is a space for movement assessment, rehabilitation, and performance development, combining Smart Resistance Technology with movement data and physiotherapy care.
You can begin with an assessment of your physical capabilities. The system captures real-time data from your movement and exertion, including Force, Speed, Range of Motion, and Repetitions. It can also show how much force each side of your body is able to produce and whether there are differences between the left and right sides.
This data is not simply about numbers. It provides context for understanding your body, designing your program, and tracking your progress — with physiotherapists guiding you throughout the process.
- SMART RESISTANCE
Digital Resistance. More Control.
A motor-controlled digital resistance system that allows resistance levels to be adjusted according to the movement and exercise being performed — without the need to change weight plates. The system can be applied to a wide range of exercises and movement patterns. - MOVEMENT DATA
Turn Movement Into Data.
Track key data from assessment and exercise, including Force, Speed, Range of Motion, Repetitions & Sets, Net Workout Time, and 1RM — helping you gain a clearer view of your movement and force production. - PHYSIOTHERAPIST-GUIDED
Technology Provides Data. Physiotherapy Provides the Context.
Data from the system is considered alongside your symptoms, abilities, and goals by a physiotherapist. These insights are used to help shape and adjust your movement and exercise program to suit your needs.
THE TECHNOLOGY
Smart Resistance. Real-Time Data. Multiple Ways to Move.
PS Motion Lab uses Smart Resistance Technology to combine digital resistance control with real-time movement data in one system, allowing information from your exercise to become part of a structured approach to movement and program development.
- DIGITAL RESISTANCE
Resistance can be adjusted through a motor-controlled system to suit different movements and exercise patterns, without the need to change weight plates. - REAL-TIME DATA
The system can capture data during exercise, including Force, Speed, Range of Motion, Repetitions & Sets, Net Workout Time, and 1RM. - MULTIPLE TRAINING MODES
The system supports a range of exercise modes, including Isotonic, Isometric, Isokinetic, Plyometric, and Functional Training — allowing it to be adapted to different goals, from rehabilitation and strength development to performance development.
ASSESSMENT & MOVEMENT ANALYSIS
See How Your Body Moves. Understand What the Data Tells Us.
Assessment at PS Motion Lab looks beyond how many repetitions you can perform or how much resistance you use. We look at the data generated through your movement and exertion to gain a more detailed understanding of your physical capabilities.
- SEE YOUR STRENGTH
How Much Force Can You Produce — and How Do Your Two Sides Compare?
The system captures force generated during movement, helping us see the force-producing capacity of each side and compare differences between the left and right sides. - SEE YOUR MOVEMENT
How Far Can You Move — and How Do You Move?
The system can track Range of Motion and movement speed, helping us see more detail in how you move through each exercise. - SEE YOUR PERFORMANCE
How Is Your Physical Capacity Changing?
Data such as Force, Speed, Repetitions, and 1RM can be used to establish a baseline for your physical capacity and compared over time to show measurable changes.
FROM DATA TO UNDERSTANDING
Data from your assessment provides a starting point for understanding your body.
Your physiotherapist considers this information alongside your symptoms, abilities, and goals to help shape an appropriate movement and exercise approach — rather than looking at the numbers alone.
THE PS MOTION PROGRAM
Designed Around Your Body. Built Around Your Goal.
PS Motion Program is not a one-size-fits-all program. It is an approach to exercise shaped by your assessment data, physical abilities, and goals.
- REHABILITATION
For those recovering from an injury or returning to movement after a period of reduced activity. - STRENGTH
For those looking to maintain and develop strength, balance, and overall movement capacity. - PERFORMANCE
For those looking to develop their physical capabilities for everyday activities, exercise, or their chosen sport. - RETURN TO SPORT
For those preparing to return to sport or activities following an injury.
ADAPTIVE PROGRAM
Your program can evolve as you do. As your abilities, needs, or goals change, your movement and exercise approach can be adjusted to reflect each stage of your journey.

Whether for everyday life, exercise, or returning to the activities and sports you love.
YOUR DATA, YOUR PROGRESS
Measure. Track. Understand. Progress.
At PS Motion Lab, your data doesn’t stop at the end of an assessment. It can continue to support your exercise journey and help track changes over time.
Data from different stages can establish your starting point and show your progress, allowing you to compare changes in Force, Speed, Range of Motion, Repetitions, and other relevant training data.
MOTY LIFE APP
Your Training. Connected to You.
Your exercise data can connect to the MOTY LIFE App on your mobile device, allowing you to view your training history, statistics, and performance data over time.
You don’t simply exercise. You can see the data behind what you do, track your changes, and use these insights to support the development of your program at each stage.
